Metalsmith Magazine Article
4:07 pm mdt
Today I received my Metalsmith magazine and in it was an article entitled "Traditional Spanish Metalwork, A Living Past". I was interviewed last
Spanish Market by various writers brought to my both by market staff. I was told an article was submitted to Metalsmith magazine
and now I am so excited and honored that not only was I featured in the article but the editors at Metalsmith magazine used
a picture of my "Corazon de Santa Fe" as well. So cool... I am beside myself.
magazine is a publication from "SNAG" Society of North American Goldsmiths" and subscribed to by the top Metal Artists, Teachers and Suppliers in the
world as well as those with interest in Metal Art. It is the top publication in my field and knowing that my peers will be
reading about my work and that I have been included into a group of artists worthy enough to be published in Metalsmith...
well, in the words of that cartoon character that lives under the sea "This is the best day ever!" Thank you
writers Patricia Harris and David Lyon and the Editors of Metalsmith, you have made my year. You can find Metalsmith
magazine at your local newsstand.
Just two corrections
to the article,
1-Corazon de Santa Fe is Sterling Silver not "tin"
is me "Gregory Segura"
