Exciting 2012 Summer
I want to thank all of you for your support at another successful 2012 Summer Traditional Spanish Market on the plaza in beautiful Santa Fe, NM.  This year I was approached by the owner and buyer from the world famous Ortega's on the Plaza. I was asked if I would be interested in showing my work at Ortega's. I was very excited at this opportunity to be represented by a store known for their quality and knowledge of fine southwestern jewelry and to among other master silversmiths. At our first meeting in the store I was given a warm welcome introduced to the staff as their newest artist and told I would get a small space with a few pieces to show, to see how I would be received by their clientele. I opened my case to show them what I had and before we knew it I would need a full case to display all that was chosen. To say the least I was more then excited now, as this was days before Santa Fe's premier Indian Market. I was asked to come back and give a little talk to the staff about myself and my work and to return that Friday night for an invitation only reception. What a whirlwind it's been. I was told my work started selling as soon as they put it out and and second wave of items is ready to go on display. I hope that when you are in Santa Fe you'll visit Ortega's to see my latest work and that many other fine silversmiths. I may run into you there.
